Not connected
Make sure your Noise Icon 2 is nearby, awake and Bluetooth is on.
Watch status
No readings yet. Once your watch is connected, its battery and heart rate appear here.
Connect to watch lists only Noise and MOYOUNG-based watches. If the list is empty, the watch is still connected to the phone or NoiseFit. Show all devices (under More → Advanced) lists everything nearby.
Reconnect saved watch skips the scan and connects straight to a watch you've picked before, so it can work even while the watch is connected to your phone or NoiseFit. Pick the watch once with Connect to watch first.
Quick actions
Connect your Noise Icon 2 and tap Measure now.
Keep your wrist still. It takes about 30 seconds.
Asks the watch to take a reading (about 30 seconds).
Saved on this phone each time you tap Measure now. Health Watcher doesn't measure in the background.
For a resting estimate, sit still for a few minutes. It's the lowest 1-minute average heart rate in this session. If the watch doesn't share live heart rate, start a workout on the watch; some models only share it then.
Controls whatever is playing on your phone, like YouTube Music. The watch's music buttons work even with this app closed.
Health Watcher presses your phone's play, next and previous buttons. It doesn't read the song name or artist.
Call alerts off
When your phone rings, the watch buzzes and shows who's calling. Answer or reject the call from the watch.
Answers show here, and a short version on your watch.
Add your own Gemini API key to use Ask. Get one free at Google AI Studio. It's stored encrypted on this phone and used only when you ask something.
Only the question you type is sent to Google Gemini.
Ask works in the Health Watcher Android app.
Appearance
Watch
Asks the watch directly, the way NoiseFit does. Commands from Gadgetbridge's Da Fit work and the ColorFit Icon 4 protocol project. Every reply also goes to the raw log under Advanced.
Sends a MoYoung-format face file to the watch over Bluetooth, the same way the dawfu tool does. Connect to the watch first, keep it charged above 50%, and keep this page open until it finishes (about 1–3 minutes). Try Tiny test first: it's 16 chunks instead of 1,300, so it shows within seconds whether the watch accepts uploads at all. If the watch rejects the face or it looks wrong, pick another face in NoiseFit.
No face chosen.
Advanced
Chrome only opens the services it's told about in advance. If the watch has services that don't show up below, find their UUIDs with the free nRF Connect app and add them here.
Every value read or received, in hex. Export it and share it with Claude to help decode the watch's private data (steps, sleep).
